المادة 18
لا يجوز لأي شخص طبيعي أو معنوي، عام أو خاص، نقل النفايات الخطرة دون الاستحصال على الترخيص البيئي وفقاً للنموذج الوارد في الملحق السادس من هذا المرسوم.
No natural or legal person, public or private, is allowed to transport hazardous wastes without obtaining an environmental license in accordance with the template set forth in Annex VI of this Decree.
