تحتفظ وزارة البيئة بحق التدقيق في حسن التزام ناقل النفايات الخطرة بشروط الترخيص البيئي المُعطى له. في حال تبين أن ناقل النفايات الخطرة قد خالف شروط الترخيص البيئي والشروط المذكورة في المادة (22) من هذا المرسوم، يتخذ بحقه الإجراءات المذكورة في الباب السادس من القانون رقم 444/2002.
The Ministry of Environment reserves the right to audit whether the hazardous waste carrier complies with the environmental licensing requirements. In case, the hazardous waste carrier is found to have violated the conditions of the environmental license and the conditions mentioned in Article (22) of this Decree, he should be sanctioned according to the procedures mentioned in Section VI of Law No. 444/2002.
