المادة 25
لا يجوز لأي شخص طبيعي أو معنوي، عام أو خاص، تخزين النفايات الخطرة دون الاستحصال على الترخيص البيئي وفقاً للنموذج الوارد في الملحق السابع من هذا المرسوم.
It is not allowed for any natural or legal person, public or private, to store hazardous wastes without obtaining an environmental license in accordance with the form included in the Annex VII of this Decree.
