Hazardous waste storage facilities shall apply for an environmental license for the hazardous waste storage facility according to the template set by the Ministry of Environment.

The following are to be attached to the application: The written consent of the Ministry of Environment on the “Environmental Impact Assessment” report or the “Initial Environmental Examination” report or the “Environmental Audit” report (as per the provisions of the Decree No. 8633 dated 7/8/2012 and the Decree No. 8471 dated 4/7/2012). A copy of an insurance policy valid during the entire period of the environmental license

The Ministry of Environment shall inspect the storage facility to ensure that the place is suitable and that the technical conditions are appropriate for this process in accordance with the content of the approved Environmental Impact Assessment, Initial Environmental Examination or Environmental Audit.
