المادة 6
تطبيقاً للقانون رقم 80 تاريخ 10/10/2018 (الإدارة المتكاملة للنفايات الصلبة)، لا سيما المادة 25 منه، تعدّل اللائحة الوطنية الملحقة بالقانون رقم 64 الصادر بتاريخ 12/8/1988 في ما يخص النفايات الصلبة الخطرة والصناعية وتستبدل بالجدول الملحق بهذا المرسوم؛ الملحق الخامس والمبني على التوصيف الدولي المدرج في الإتفاقية.
Pursuant to Law No. 80 dated 10/10/2018 (Integrated Solid Waste Management), in particular its Article 25, the National List annexed to Law No. 64 dated 12/8/1988 concerning hazardous solid wastes and industrial shall be amended and replaced with the table annexed to this Decree; Annex V that is based on the international description inserted in the Convention.
