The Minister of Environment shall issue a decision specifying the basis for conducting a national inventory of hazardous wastes from all sources of generation. These bases are to be amended whenever needed.

The Ministry of Environment shall prepare a national inventory of hazardous wastes from all its sources of generation, in cooperation with the relevant national authorities when needed.

The Ministry of Environment should update the national inventory of hazardous wastes every five years at the latest.

The Ministry of Environment shall establish, within a period of six months from the issuance of this Decree, an information .system and an electronic database for the management of information related to hazardous wastes, provided that the provisions of this system shall be determined by a decision issued by the Minister of Environment.
