تعدل الـمادة الثانية من الـمرسوم رقم 10953 تاريخ 5/12/2022 لتصبح كالتالي:
"تمتد فترة عمل الـمشروع لغاية 31/12/2025 اعتبارا من تاريخ صدور هذا الـمرسوم".
بدلا من:
تمتد فترة الـمشروع اعتبارا من تاريخ هذا الـمرسوم لغاية 30/09/2024».
