المواد

المادة 1

يعفى من الضرائب والرسوم على اختلافها جميع ما يرد لقوات الردع العربية, وعلى الاخص الاعدة والمعدات والذخائر والمؤن والمحروقات .

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي في اليوم التالي لنشره لصقا على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.

بعبدا في 25 حزيران سنة 1977 الامضاء: الياس سركيس صدر عن رئيس الجمهورية رئيس مجلس الوزراء الامضاء: سليم الحص وزير المالية الامضاء: فريد روفايل ان هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي الصق على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة بتاريخ 2/7/77
