المواد

المادة 1

تعفى من جميع الرسوم, ولا سيما الرسوم الجمركية والمالية والبلدية والمرفأية, الهبات المقدمة الى الادارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات , بقصد المساعدة.

المادة 2

يقدم طلب الاعفاء الى وزارة المالية. يبت الطلب وزير المالية او المرجع الذي يعينه الوزير لهذه الغاية.

المادة 3

يعمل بهذا المرسوم الاشتراعي في اليوم التالي لنشره لصقا على مدخل مقر رئاسة الحكومة.
