مادة 1: تعدل المادة 71 الفقرة - 2 - من المرسوم رقم 3950 الصادر بتاريخ 27 نيسان 1960 كما يلي: "2- تعويض الانارة تعويض الانارة لرؤساء مراكز الهاتف التي تعمل على بطاريات الخصوصية بمبلغ سنوي مقطوع قدره ستون ليرة"
