(عدلت بموجب مرسوم 5467 / 1982 )

يعطى قضاة المحاكم الشرعية العاملين خارج مدينة بيروت اضافة على الراتب قدرها ثمانية بالمئة من الراتب , على ان يكون مركز عملهم في غير القضاء المقيمين فيه.
