يرسم ما ياتي:

مادة 1: انهيت مهام الكاتب العدل في طرابلس السيد عبد الحميد سامي شفيق رافعي حكما اعتبارا من تاريخ 10/9/1997 لبلوغه الرابعة والستين من العمر.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
