مادة 1: الغي نص المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 11158 تاريخ 16/11/1962 واستعيض عنه بالنص التالي: تصنف مدارس التعليم المهني والتقني الرسمية داخلية او خارجية بقرار من وزير التربية الوطنية والفنون الجميلة.

المادة 2

لا يعطى تلامذة المدارس الداخلية منح اعاشة.

المادة 3

يعين وزير التربية الوطنية تاريخ تطبيق المادة الاولى لكل من المدارس المعنية.

المادة 4

ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
