مادة 1: تضاف الى المادة الثالثة من المرسوم رقم 9618 تاريخ 28 ايار سنة 1962 الفقرة الاخيرة التالية: "الا ان القضاة الذين كانوا يلقون دروسا يفوق عددها الماية ساعة في السنة قبل صدور هذا المرسوم لا يخضعون للتحديد الوارد فيه".
