مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من المرسوم رقم 14753 الصادر بتاريخ 13 كانون الاول سنة 1963 على الوجه التالي: المادة الاولى- يعتبر معوزا وفقا لقانون الاسكان كل لبناني لا يتجاوز دخله العائلي السنوي /2500/ الفين وخمسين مئة ليرة ل."
