إن رئيس الجمهورية

بناء على الدستور،

بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته، لا سيما المادة ٢٦ منه،

بناء على المرسوم رقم ٥٦ تاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٠٣/١١ (إعتبار مشروع موازنة العام ٢٠٢٥ موضوع مشروع القانون المحال على مجلس النواب بموجب المرسوم

رقم ١٤٠٧٦ تاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١٠/٤ مرعيا ومعمول به)،

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير المالية،

يرسم ما يأتي:

ينقل من إحتياطي الموازنة العامة لعام ٢٠٢٥ الاعتماد التالي

من الجزء الاول

الباب ٢٧ - احتياطي الموازنة

الفصل ٢ - احتياطي للنفقات الطارئة والاستثنائية

الوظيفة ١٩٠ - تحويلات ذات طابع عام بين الادارات

البند ١٨ - النفقات الطارئة والاستثنائية

الفقرة ١ - احتياطي لنفقات طارئة

النبذة ١ - احتياطي لتغذية مختلف بنود الموازنة

٧٤,٠٠٠,٠٠٠,٠٠٠ /ل.ل.

فقط أربعة وسبعون مليار ليرة لبنانية
