إن رئيس الجمهورية،
بناء على الدستور،
بناء على مشروع القانون الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بموجب المرسوم رقم ١٠٤٣٤ تاريخ ١٩٧٥/٦/١٤ المتعلق بنظام مجلس شورى الدولة وتعديلاته، لا سيما المادة ٧ منه،
بناء على موافقة مكتب مجلس شورى الدولة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٧/١،
بناء على اقتراح وزير العدل،
يرسم ما يأتي:
عُين المستشارون المعاونون في مجلس شورى الدولة الواردة أسماؤهم أدناه مستشارين في المجلس المذكور دون تعديل في الراتب ومع حفظ حقهم بالقدم المؤهل للتدرج وهم السادة:

ناديه ديب الحجار
مليكة مصطفى منصور
لمى كمال ابي عبد الله
هبه ضاهر الغندور
شنتال دانيال ابو يزبك
ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
