من ارتكب التزوير في اوراق خاصة باحدى الوسائل المحددة في المادتين ال 456 و457 عوقب بالحبس من سنة الى ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة اقلها مئة الف ليرة.

المادة 63- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 471 على النحو الاتي:

"وبغرامة اقلها مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة اقلها خمسمائة ليرة".
