المادة 578

(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )

كل تهديد آخر بانزال ضرر غير محق اذا حصل بالقول او باحدى الوسائل المذكورة في المادة ال 209, وكان من شأنه التأثير في نفس المجنى عليه تاثيرا شديدا يعاقب عليه, بناء على الشكوى, بغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة.

المادة 86- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 578 على النحو الاتي:

"بغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "بغرامة لا تجاوز الخمسمائة ليرة".
