المادة 658

(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )

كل من حمل الغير على تسليمه بضاعة مع حق الخيار او لوعده وهو ينوي عدم دفع ثمنها او كان يعرف انه لا يمكنه الدفع, عوقب بالحبس حتى ستة اشهروبغرامة حتى مايتي الف ليرة اذا لم يردها او لم يدفع ثمنها بعد انذاره.

وبغرامة حتى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة حتى الف ليرة.

المادة 113- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 658 على النحو الاتي:

"وبغرامة حتى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة حتى الف ليرة".
