بناء على المرسوم رقم 12292 الصادر بتاريخ 25 ايار سنة 1956, تفتتح معاملات معرفة الحقوق المكتسبة على مياه نبع الزلزيلة الكائن في خراج المتين (محافظة جبل لبنان) تجري المعاملات الملحوظة في المادة السابقة وفقا لاحكام المادتين 23 و24 من القرار رقم 320 المذكور اعلاه.
