بناء على المرسوم رقم 429 المؤرخ في 6 ايار سنة 1936 عينت لجنة مؤلفة من: مهندس من مديرية الاشغال العامة رئيسا موظف من الدوائر العقارية موظف من مكتب محافظة القضاء أعضاء مختارين من القرى صاحبة الشأن للقيام بعملية تحديد اراضي البلديات وفقا لاحكام القرار 1208 الصادر في 8 آذار سنة 1922 المختص بالانظمة البلدية وتجتمع هذه اللجنة بدعوة من رئيسها
