المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى الجدول المرفق بالبند الثاني من المادة 82 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم /102/ تاريخ 16/9/1983 المعدل بالمرسوم الاشتراعي الرقم (1) تاريخ 26/9/1984 ويستبدل بالجدول المرفق.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون اعتبارا من 1/1/1988 ويشمل جميع المتقاعدين.
