أقر مجلس النواب،
وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:
يُعدل البند الرابع من المادة ٥٨ من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ٨٣/١٠٢ (قانون الدفاع الوطني) ليصبح على الشكل التالي:
«٤ - ممارسة أي عمل مأجور خارج وزارة الدفاع الوطني باستثناء التدريس في مؤسسات التعليم العالي في لبنان أو مدارس التعليم الثانوي أو التعليم المهني، بموجب ترخيص يصدر عن وزير الدفاع الوطني مبني
على موافقة قائد الجيش مع مراعاة النصاب القانوني المحدّد لموظفي القطاع العام.»
يُعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
