أقر مجلس النواب،
وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:
تُعدّل الفقرة الأولى من البند (١) من القانون رقم ٤ تاريخ ٢٠٠٠/٥/٩ / ٢٠٢٥/٥/٩ الرامي إلى الإجازة
للجامعة اللبنانية إجراء مباراة لملء مراكز شاغرة في الملاك الإداري والفني في مختلف وحدات الجامعة اللبنانية لتصبح على الشكل التالي:
«١ – أجيز للجامعة اللبنانية، خلال فترة سنة من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون، ملء الشواغر في ملاكها الإداري والفني عن طريق مباراة محصورة بجريها مجلس الخدمة المدنية، يستثنى منها شرط السن. وذلك وفق ما يأتي...»
