يسأل القاضي المدني, المشار اليه في الفقرة (ج) من المادة السابقة, المحكوم عليه عما اذا كان لديه ما يريد قوله أو بيانه قبل انفاذ الحكم به.
يدون ذلك في محضر خاص يوقعه مع كاتبه.
