وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة وحيدة: 1 ـ تمدد المهل المحددة بموجب القانون رقم 384 تاريخ 14/12/2001 (تسوية أوضاع المكلفين بضريبة الدخل). لمدة ثلاثة أشهر إضافية. 2 ـ يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
