اجيز للحكومة ابرام مذكرة التفاهم المرفقة ربطا والموقعة بتاريخ 24/04/1998 بين الحكومة اللبنانية والحكومة الايطالية المتعلقة بمنح قرض ميسر لا يتجاوز /120/ بليون لير ايطالي لتنفيذ برنامج تعاون تقني ومالي لفترة 1998-2000
