مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة اللبنانية ابرام اتفافية تنشيط وحماية الاستثمارات المتبادلة بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والجمهورية الفنلندية الموقعة في هلسنكي بتاريخ 25/آب 1997 والمرفقة ربطا.

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
