المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاق الاطار للمساعدات التقنية والمالية بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والاتحاد الاوروبي الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ العاشر من ايلول 1997 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
