مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام بروتوكول للتعاون الثقافي والتعليم العالي بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة دولة البحرين الموقع في بيروت بتاريخ الثالث من نيسان 1998, المرفق ربطا.
