المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة اللبنانية ابرام اتفاقية تفادي الازدواج الضريبي والحؤول دون التهرب من الضرائب بين الحكومة اللبنانية والحكومة التشيكية الموقعة في براغ بتاريخ 28 آب 1997 المرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
