المادة 1

اجبز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية تمويل بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية والوكالة الفرنسية للانماء بقيمة مليوني يورو /2,000,000/ يورو لاعادة تأهيل شبكة مياه الشفة في جزين الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 12/11/1999 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
