وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية القرض بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والبنك الدولي للانشاء والتعمير لتمويل "المشروع الاول للبنى التحتية البلدية" الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 22/06/2000 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
