وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية كوبا حول تفادي الازدواج الضريبي والحؤول دون التهرب من دفع الضرائب بالنسبة للضرائب على الدخل الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 4 شباط 2001 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
