مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة الانضمام إلى الاتفاق المعقود بتاريخ 20/3/1987، بين بعض دول الاتحاد الاوروبي للحد من الكوارث الطبيعية والتكنولوجية، والمرفق ربطا.
