وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية قرض اضافي بين الجمهورية اللبنانية والبنك الدولي للانشاء والتعمير لمشروع تطوير النقل الحضري، الموقعة في بيروت بتاريخ 30/1/2009 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
