المادة 1

مادة 1: تعلق جميع قرارات تحديد مواقيت العمل والفتح والاقفال في الاعمال والمهن الواحدة والمتشابهة الصادرة عن الوزارة اعتبارا من تاريخ 11/1/1973 وحتى تاريخ 21/1/1973 ضمنا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تبقى احكام قرارات الفتح والاقفال سارية المفعول خلال اليوم الاول من عيد الاضحى المبارك يوم الاحد في 14 كانون الثاني 1973

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل ملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.
