ان وزير الثقافة والتعليم العالي,

بناء على المرسوم 4 تاريخ 4/12/1998

بناء على نظام الاثار الصادر بموجب القرار

رقم 166/ل.ر تاريخ 7/11/1933

بناء على القرار 25 تاريخ 14/8/1969

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للآثار,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يسحب العقار رقم /8/ من منطقة دير طاميش العقارية من لائحة الجرد العام للابنية الاثرية المدخل بموجب القرار رقم 25 تاريخ 14/8/1969

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ الى الدوائر العقارية والسلطات الادارية لتنفيذ وتطبيق تدابير النشر المنصوص عنها في المواد 24 و25 و50 من قانون الآثار المنوه عنه اعلاه.
