المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال الموقت عن الصفائح الحديدية ( البند الجزئي 73/13/11 ) والاطارات الفولاذية ( البند الجزئي 73/40/51 ) والحنفيات النحاسية في ( البند الجزئي 84/61/41 ) الداخلة في صناعة قوارير غاز البوتان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع هذا الوضع للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة وتحدد ادارة الجمارك الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا الامر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
