يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يمنع منعا باتا ولمدة ثلاث سنوات استعمال الشباك الجارفة (جواريف البر) على طول الشاطىء اللبناني كل أوقات السنة.

المادة 2

تطبق بحق المخالفين القوانين المرعية الاجراء.

المادة 3

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار ويعمل به فور صدوره.
