1- تعديل القرار السابق رقم 12 تاريخ 31/3/1988 ليصبح على الشكل التالي:
يحدد التعويض العائلي الشهري لموظفي الدوائر الوقفية اعتبارا من 1/11/1987 كما يلي:
عن الزوجة 14% من الحد الادنى للاجور المطبق في الادارات الوقفية.
عن كل ولد 4% من الحد الادنى للاجور المذكور آنفا شرط ان لا يتجاوز مقدار التعويض العائلي الشهري
عن الاولاد نسبة 20% منه.
