في التعديل ان شركة البينا للتأمين Alpina Compagnie d'Assurances SA Zurich المسجلة بتاريخ 26/11/1954 تحت رقم 26 في سجل شركات الضمان لدى مصلحة هيئات الضمان. قد صرحت بتاريخ 03/01/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 3/ت ان اسم موكلها في لبنان قد تبدل ليصبح "البينا ليبانون اندكو ش . م.م. Alpina Lebanon & Co. S.A.R.L بدلا من "هنا اند كو ش . م.م.". واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
