مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع في دائرة جبل لبنان الثالثة (قضائي بعبدا وعاليه) الى /481/ قلم اقتراع لانتخاب 11 نائبا, 2 شيعي, 3 درزي, 5 ماروني, 1 روم ارثوذكس, وذلك على الوجه الاتي:
