مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لدائرة منطقة مدينة بيروت الثانية (المصيطبة - الباشورة - الرميل) الى /250/ قلم اقتراع لانتخاب ست نواب 2 سني 1 شيعي 1 روم ارثوذكس , 1 ارمن ارثوذكس 1 اقليات وذلك على الوجه الاتي:
