مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع في دائرة الشمال الثانية وتضم اقضية ومناطق (طرابلس , المنية, زغرتا, البترون, الكورة) الى /736/ قلم اقتراع لانتخاب سبعة عشر نائبا, 6 سني, 1 علوي, 6 ماروني, 4 روم ارثوذكس وذلك على الوجه الاتي:
