مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع في دائرة البقاع الثالثة (قضائي البقاع الغربي وراشيا) الى /180/ قلم اقتراع لانتخاب ستة نواب 2 سني 1 شيعي 1 درزي 1 ماروني 1 روم ارثوذكس وذلك على الوجه الاتي:
