مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع في دائرة البقاع الاولى (قضائي بعلبك والهرمل) الى /409/ قلم الاقتراع لانتخاب عشرة نواب 2 سني 6 شيعي 1 ماروني 1 روم كاثوليك وذلك على الوجه الاتي:
