المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنع منعا باتا لمدة ثلاث سنوات في جميع الاراضي اللبنانية صيد الحجل والاتجار به وبجميع طرائد الصيد.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يشترط في دخول الحجل المصاد الى لبنان ان يرفق بتصريح خاص يعطيه على الحدود موظفو وزارة الزراعة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تصادر كميات الصيد موضوع المخالفة المشار اليها في المواد السابقة من هذا القرار وتطبق بحق المخالفين القوانين المرعية الاجراء بالحد الاقصى للعقوبة.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
