المادة 1

مادة 1: يفوض الى كل من رؤساء دوائر التربية في المحافظات , باستثناء محافظة بيروت , توقيع الافادات عن الشهادات الرسمية التي ينالها المرشحون اعتبارا من الدورة الاولى لسنة 1965

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعتمد رؤساء الدوائر في اعطاء هذه الافادات على لوائح تضعها دائرة الامتحانات في نهاية كل دورة بالمرشحين الناجحين في الامتحانات الرسيمة, وتبين رقم قيد كل مرشح, واسمه, واسم والده, وشهرته, ومحل وتاريخ ولادته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تتبع في تسجيل قيود هذه الافادات الاصول المتبعة في دائرة الامتحانات

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار بالجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
